The Coordinator, Business Operations, will provide administrative support to OVG


Canada head office, as well as to the Canadian President. Administrative duties may include,


but are not limited to, handling basic HR duties, scheduling, office operations, general


clerical duties and assisting the rest of the Canadian office leadership with A/P and A/R and


expense reporting responsibilities. From time to time, direct customer engagement and


interaction may also be required.


It is critical that the Coordinator, Business Operations, has the ability to multi-task, organize


and prioritize tasks, and willingly assist OVG Canada staff where needed. Considering the


flexible nature of our business, the successful incumbent will have the ability to focus on


and prioritize the administrative duties that are most critical and time sensitive


This role will pay a salary of $50,000 to $54,000.


For FT roles Benefits Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).


Provide general office / administrative support, including coordinating with building


management and other operations support vendors to ensure OVG Canada head


office is operating efficiently.


  • Provide general office and clerical support copying, filing, email correspondence,


coordination of schedules, telephone inquiries.


  • Handle basic Human Resources functions personnel file maintenance, support new


hire orientation, maintain employee hourly logs.


  • Relay any accounting, HR, employee relations, safety, policy or procedural concerns,


and any situation that may result in disciplinary action, to management in a timely


and responsible manner.


  • Provide support for financial expense and revenue tracking and reporting between


OVG finance team and OVG senior leadership team members.


  • Support office with some customer interaction from time to time at mtgs and in the


office.


  • Collect, expense and track data from vendors and multiple sources and generate


reports of OVG’s operating expenses to OVG Canada management team.


  • One to two years’ experience in an administrative position.
  • Basic understanding of financial reporting principles and practices.
  • High level of proficiency with computers in a Windows platform including Microsoft


applications.


  • Experience preparing accurate spreadsheets and reports.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment. Must work well under
  • Consistent and reliable attention to detail, accuracy, and validity.
