Designation or enrollment in a Supply Chain or Logistics certification program (e.g., CPIM, SCMA, SCMP, CCLP).

Superior communication and change management skills. Demonstrated ability to drive change, motivate and lead teams to successful outcomes.

Works with the Finance team to produce finance schedules (operating plans, forecasts, strategic plans to the specific timeframes).

Ensure strategies are executable and are taken from inception to successful client adoption in a well-managed manner with accountability for delivery.

Manage client relationships to maximize client retention and satisfaction across all lines of business and win new business as a result.

Operations Experience And Client Focus

Actively engage with GTO Canada clients to develop deeper and/or new relationships that will expand our engagement and footprint.

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED); Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Management preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Other Characteristics

Certificate or Diploma in Project Management would be an asset.

Ensure the adoption and distinction between Project Management and Service Excellence.

Work with Operations Managers, Project Managers in crew evaluations, crew assignment and improvement opportunities.

Manage, mentor and coach Equi pment Managers, Resource Managers, Operations Managers and Asset Coordinators.

One to two years’ experience in an administrative position.

Experience preparing accurate spreadsheets and reports.

Provide general office and clerical support copying, filing, email correspondence,

Minimum FIVE (5) years of customs experience and associated supply chain management disciplines

Manage Export related activities including CERS and Summary Reporting

Manage Service providers to ensure compliant processes and data

Manage CSA Platinum Annual audit

Manage the Month end RSF Close

Train staff, carriers and internal / external stakeholders on proper use of CSA release privileges

3 years of people management experience

Oversee inventory level and management systems for service parts.

University degree, or post-secondary education plus 10 year’s working experience in a related discipline

Manage top line and bottom-line revenue related to Repair Service.

Bachelors in Computer Science or Business-related (Product or Project Management) field or equivalent work experience

3+ years product or project management experience in a technology services environment

3+ years’ experience with influence, oversight or project management of development resources

Excellent time management, project management, and organizational skills

Agile/SCRUM certifications, training, and project management certifications

Implement usage monitoring and reporting for product managers, finance and operations/support
