As an individual contributor, as well as a team leader, reporting to the VP Sales Americas, you will exercise strong team collaboration skills. and facilitate involvement with cross-functional talent in the organization with the purpose of targeting opportunities at Canada-based broadcasters.


The ability to collaborate across the sales, product management, and professional services organizations is critical to your success.


  • Demonstrated skills in negotiating and closing sales
  • Maintain and maximize growth opportunities with channel accounts within Canada
  • Understand and stay attune to business drivers and trends within the broadcast industry and across the broadcast segment
  • Experience with selling complex solutions into large strategic and global accounts
  • Understanding and experience with strategic sales methodologies
  • Highly organized, with effective time management skills
  • Build and maintain profitable and strategic executive level relationships (SVP, EVP and C level) relationships at Tier 1 broadcasters.
  • Manage additional regional team members, where applicable
  • Build and execute Strategic Account Plan for the all of Canada. As well as for each assigned strategic account in order to meet and exceed quota
  • Deep knowledge of technology, business process, strategies, financial management and strategic planning
  • Aptitude for continuous development sales skills and product knowledge
  • Ability to negotiate, construct and navigate complex commercial agreements.
  • Experience of focusing on driving new portfolio launches
  • Understand Imagine’s ad platforms and broadcast workflows
  • Strong Salesforce proficiency is a must.
  • Strong business acumen capable of understanding various business model.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written)
  • Demonstrated prospecting sales ability, with assertive, positive and persistent style
  • Based in Toronto, ON Canada. Remote office
  • Establish and maintain great customer relations, with both internal and external customers
  • Follow the in-house sales business rules, practices, and policies
  • BS./B.A. degree
  • Collaborate with sales leadership team and R & D teams on market trends and customer requirements
  • Dynamic and self-motivated with outstanding presentation and customer facing skills
  • Connect customers business needs with Imagine Communications solutions
  • Maintain accurate forecast and opportunity status in Salesforce
  • M & E Industry background with 5+ years in management
