My Client, a dynamic SaaS company, is actively seeking a Head of Sales & Revenue to drive the organization to new heights. About My Client: My Client is a frontrunner in the SaaS industry, disrupting norms and achieving remarkable growth. They provide invaluable software solutions to SMEs across North America and are looking to take on Enterprise and Mid-Market sales. We're seeking a results-driven Head of Sales & Revenue to guide a team of 40 professionals, including the VP of Sales, Sales Manager, and a team of skilled Account Executives.

What Awaits You: As the Head of Sales & Revenue, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and elevating revenue. Your expertise will be critical in establishing effective plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading successful initiatives to conquer new markets, negotiate complex deals, and outpace competitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
  • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives
  • Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product, and Marketing
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key contacts both externally and internally
  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
  • Land and expand: build process and funnel for outreach, onboarding, activation, and expansion
  • Assist in the development of the sales plan. Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the executive team, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle from New Business, Upsell, and Customer Retention
  • Personally oversee Enterprise level sales

Skills and Qualifications:

  • SaaS Acumen: In-depth understanding of the SaaS landscape, leveraging industry insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Leadership Excellence: Inspire teams with exceptional leadership, collaborative problem-solving, and a knack for thriving under deadlines.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Utilize metrics to drive informed decisions, influence cross-functional teams, and guide coaching efforts.
  • Strategic Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success with over 10 years of experience in sales, including managing SDR and AE functions, and a consistent record of exceeding quotas.
  • Detail-Oriented: Flourish in a fast-paced environment, maintaining meticulous attention to detail even under pressure.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, showcasing your ability to utilize cutting-edge tools for enhanced performance.
