Job Description
Role: Senior Business Analyst (BSA)


Location: Canada/Remote


Duration: 6+ Months



  • Responsibilities
  • A senior BA with excel macro/automation expertise to help automate reporting processes
  • Ability to develop decision tables, use cases, process flows and maintain complete traceability from requirements to testing.
  • Have a process-oriented approach, able to assist business transformations though process mapping, analyzing, and optimizing.
  • Healthcare experience is good to have.
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Design and implement simple solutions and process improvements to solve complex business problems
  • Develop and produce documentation material to support client initiatives/implementations
  • Ability to develop documentation and presentations using logical reasoning and structuring Translate stakeholder requirements into comprehensive user stories, process flows, functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Highly proficient with JIRA, Google Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio--, MACROS
  • We are looking for -A senior BA with excel macro/automation expertise to help automate reporting processes.
  • Strong analytical problem identification and problem solving skills Capable, curious, and willing learner who proactively researches solutions to business challenges
  • Provide analysis and insight to better understand the impact, completeness, and priority of collected requirements.


Required Experience:
  • 5+ years in a comparable role
  • Strong Excel/Macros/Automation.
