We’re looking for someone exceptional to join our team at MacPhie. You come with 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, client management, market research, moderating, facilitation, or strategy management. You will be responsible for managing client engagements, growing relationships, mentoring team members and promoting the firm’s growth.

What You'll Do
- Build relationships with clients throughout the course of engagements and beyond
- Advance firm growth by participating in and leading business development activities with new and existing clients, including pitch meetings, proposals, and RFPs
- Manage client engagements – ranging from strategic plans, to high-performing team development programs, to communications strategies – independently or with support from Consultants and Associate Consultants
- Ensure that engagements are managed smoothly and efficiently
- Play an active role in developing client solutions, and continually refining our products, services and offerings to best meet the needs of our diverse clients
- Support in the management of MacPhie’s business operations
- Supervise and/or mentor Consultants, Associate Consultants, and Analysts, ensuring personal growth and development at MacPhie
- Collaborate with MacPhie team members on client work and corporate initiatives
- Oversee and develop deliverables including the design of approaches and development of detailed reports with insights and recommendations; take responsibility for structuring and writing reports and presentations; review deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality and timeliness
