Who You Are
You have strong project management skills and are passionate about delivering complex Human Resource projects. Working collaboratively across our North America People Services teams and with other Colliers functions to deliver exceptional results excites you. If you are looking for a role where you are responsible for interacting with our stakeholders across various business lines to enhance their success in using our People Services program offerings this role is for you!
What You Bring
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field with a minimum of 7 years relevant HR or project management experience;
  • Excellent visual, oral, and written communication skills
  • Service-oriented approach flexible, proactive management of stakeholder expectations
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in organizational change management from a business perspective
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong computer skills with previous experience working with MS Office programs
  • Creative and innovative; takes the initiative to solve problems and recommend improvements
  • Experience in the successful deployment of complex projects in a large multi-faceted organization
Bonus skills and experience
  • Experience working with an HRIS and SharePoint
  • Experience in Agile project management
  • Strong financial literacy, experience managing budgets and forecasts
  • Experience in real estate or property management
What Success Looks Like
  • You will develop and deliver change management strategies and deliverables.
  • You will take ownership of providing the People Services team with project management advice and support.
  • You will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and identify risks and mitigation strategies with the team.
  • You will prepare reports for leadership regarding the status of the project, including presentations and proposals.
  • You will oversee and manage all aspects of projects in your portfolio, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress.
