Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related fields;

Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

Provide ongoing support and coaching to people leaders on performance development and management.

Communicate proactively with Finance and HR Partners to address emerging issues in a timely manner.

Minimum of 2-3 years of HR generalist experience in a unionized environment.

Experience working in a large and complex organization or public sector (asset).

Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and collective agreements.

You have great organizational and project management skills with SaaS experience.

You have 2+ years of experience as an onboarding specialist or a technical customer success role.

Prior experience in managing multiple, competing priorities, while working effectively in a results-driven culture.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical jargon to non-technical audiences and stakeholders.

Post-Secondary education in business administration, human resources or other related degree, or a combination of education/experience

Managing benefit enrolment and leave administration such as pregnancy, parental, LOA and STD/LTD.

Updating the HRIS (Dayforce) and provide accurate metrics for Finance.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a HR Generalist or Advisor preferably in a unionized environment

Experience building and operationalizing services that are customer-centric and support a small, dynamic organization

Degree in Human Resources or related field with a minimum of 7 years relevant HR or project management experience;

Minimum 4 years of experience in organizational change management from a business perspective

Experience in real estate or property management

Experience in Agile project management

Strong computer skills with previous experience working with MS Office programs

Service-oriented approach flexible, proactive management of stakeholder expectations

Program Management experience and/or experience managing projects within a program

University Degree or College Diploma in Business Management, Human Resources Management or related field of study

3-5 years of progressive work experience as a Project Manager, specifically supporting HR Operations and Projects

Experience as a Project Manager in support of HRIS, HCM, and/or Workday projects is highly desired

Understanding of Organizational Change Management principles and ability to make recommendations for appropriate adoption of solutions

Experience with M&A is preferred

Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively execute on HR related projects and programs

Continuing education and professional certification reimbursement

Field questions from employees and resolve or escalate day-to-day HR issues related to systems, benefits, payroll, and administrative functions 

Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of HR experience in a fast growth organization

Strong organizational skills with incredibly high attention to detail 

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 

Maintain project management standards for the ongoing delivery of Workday commitments.

Provide project management and leadership support to Workday employee segment working committees (i.e. Retail and DC groups).

Partner with Manager, Communications and Change Management to ensure effective information flow and OCM alignment.

Project Management Professional or related discipline is considered an asset.

Coordinate and manage centralized tracking of all open Workday Project related issues.

Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution and escalate issues when required.

At least five years of Human Resources experience in combination with Project Management experience

Assist newly acquired management teams and employees with orientations and training

A problem solver with exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities

Post-secondary education in Business or Human Resources

Deliver superior People and Performance due diligence reports, pre-close planning activities and manage integration workplans

Coordinate the collection of new hire onboarding paperwork, including tax forms, agreements, and training documents/certifications.

Data entry for employee attendance.

Previous experience in an HR role or HR department is an asset but not required.

Basic experience using and pulling information from databases.

Experience in sourcing and reporting basic statistics.

• Manage employee data, including maintaining accurate records, updating employee files, and managing HR-related documentation

• 2+ years of experience in HR and administrative support

• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks

Previous experience within HR or an administrative support role a strong asset

Demonstrated customer service experience; previous experience responding to HR related inquiries is considered an asset

Experience with payroll/HRIS systems an asset (i.e. ADP Workforce Now)

Well-developed organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing schedules and priorities

Prior customer service experience and/or warehouse experience is an asset - helping people solve their problems is what makes you happy.

Prior experience in a photo studio, production environment, and/or event setup - you'll be assisting the photography team quite a bit.
