Summer Student - Administrator, Project Coordination

Provide support to project team members and leads

• Coordinate meetings and prepare communications related to the project.
• Manage and document project deliverables, risks, timelines and budgets.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
• Work with various team members and project owners to develop and execute project strategy.
• Follow up on tasks and resources, to ensure project is delivered according to plan.
• Monitor and document project progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Provide status and progress reports to the project leads.
