Measurement And Research (Student Position)

The Market Research Student will be responsible for assisting the Canada Life Measurement & Research Team through supporting various Customer Experience (CX), Brand Experience (BX), and ad-hoc Market Research (MR) projects across different areas and a variety of Canada Life business lines.

Note: This is a student position starting in September 2023. We have positions available in Toronto.

What You Will Do

• Designs and programs questionnaires into survey platform to collect relevant data
• Creates insightful reports and actionable insights from a thorough analysis of the research data
• Analyses data using different tools
• Works with team members to execute assigned projects and tasks
• Stays up-to-date with research industry trends and technology
• Supports the development and execution of the CX, BX, and MR research for various internal client groups across Canada Life

What You Will Bring

• Undergraduate Degree, preferably in Business or Social Sciences
• Proactive approach to taking on different research tasks
• Natural curiosity and passion for learning
• Strong team player abilities
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated competences in working with Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel
• Excellent project management skills
• Attention to detail coupled with analytical skills
• Current enrolment in the Research Analyst Postgraduate Program
