Attention to detail coupled with analytical skills

Supports the development and execution of the CX, BX, and MR research for various internal client groups across Canada Life

Works with team members to execute assigned projects and tasks

Designs and programs questionnaires into survey platform to collect relevant data

Analyses data using different tools

Combine expert industry knowledge with advanced data analytics skills to enhance predictive capabilities of Advisor Monitoring team while detecting emerging trends.

Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated experience working effectively in a team environment as well as independently.

Apply industry knowledge to assess potential advisor misconduct and resolve findings. This may require contacting advisors and/or customers where appropriate.

Advanced data analytics skills with ability to work effectively in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI and Tableau Software.

Well-developed planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication/documentation skills.

Applied data management experience (Data & Analytics education an asset)

Experience in Power BI, Tableau, SQL and Python an asset.

Working knowledge of Azure cloud technologies (ADF, Databricks, Synapse, etc.)

Excellent communication and presentation skills and strong organization skills

Familiarity with Cloud Computing technologies e.g. AWS, MS Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes

Familiarity with APIs, Microservices Architecture and Stream Processing platform (e.g. Kafka)

Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act

Experience in general operation of office equipment, i.e. fax, photocopier, etc.

At time of application must be enrolled in a post-secondary education institution or institution of higher learning.

Assisting with Engineering estimates, studies, reviews, etc

Assisting with construction inspection of Capital projects

Prepare drawings using AutoCAD and/or ArcGIS

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Physical ability to lift and move boxes of coffee & related products.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.

Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
