As an international partner of Global Affairs Canada (GAC), we provide expert advice and guidance to our clients in Latin America.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Associate (Summer Student) role at Goya & Associates Limited. The Associate will support the consulting team in day-to-day tasks, including conducting research, analyzing data, preparing reports, and assisting with client presentations. The role is located in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or related fields is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in Central and Latin America is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus)

Education

• Completing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, HR or a related field
• Completing a postgraduate degree in Business, Economics, HR, or a related field is a plus
