Business Development Manager/Sales Lead

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.

Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.

Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute marketing initiatives.

Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

Manage and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the leadership team.

Maintain a deep understanding of the industries we serve and the products and services we offer.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Proven track record of sales success and experience in sales management.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

Experience in the non-executive recruitment or technology consulting industries is preferred.
