What you will do

• Develop and maintain HR programs and processes in Recruitment, Selection, Training & Development, Compliance Policies, and other HR documentations
• Manage onboarding of new hires, and offboarding of staff departures
• Actively participate in process improvement ideas
• Coordinate meetings, wellness events, appreciation and engagement initiatives
• Monitor and update HRIS, accurately adding and updating information of employees
• Coordinating training & development process, scheduling meetings, tracking documentation
• Lead People & Culture to ensure efficiency of human resources processes and programs
• Provide administrative support in information and document management
• Manage full-cycle recruitment of internal full-time staff, and external staffing for clients, creating job descriptions, managing job postings, screening, interviewing, and provide assistance in the selection process

Who you are

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage in and present ideas
• Self-motivated leader, eagerness to learn and passion for Human Resources
• Strong organization skills with ability to think critically and creatively
• High attention to detail and accuracy, while multi-tasking and accomplishing tasks in a timely manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, and Adobe Pro
• Enjoys fast-paced environments and ready to take on new challenges
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate well with other team members as well as ability to work independently with minimal supervision
