- Act as an advisor on all HR matters with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
- Facilitate talent management and succession planning discussions.
- Recommend and develop new HR policies, processes and programs to continuously improve our offerings.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and employee engagement, and ultimately productivity and retention.
- Coach and guide the business related to performance management.
- Support management related to compensation matters (new roles, promotions, annual salary review process, etc.).
- Resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.
- Work in close collaboration with the business to support business priorities and goals, recommend strategies and tools in the context of transformation and growth.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and the business related to recruiting needs.
- Identify development needs for teams and individuals, assess programs and facilitate specific workshops and training sessions.
- Results oriented, sense of urgency and strive in a fast-paced environment.
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
- Customer focused, business acumen.
- Analytical and goal oriented.
- Ability to manage heavy workload and competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, Masters’ degree an asset.
- At least 7 years of experience in HR, including working knowledge in a true HR business partnership model; solid background in organizational development (process improvement, transformations and organizational design, performance management, employee engagement, facilitation, etc.).
- Fluently Bilingual, both French and English verbal and written skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Member of l’Ordre des CRHA du Québec a strong asset.

- Identifier les besoins de perfectionnement des équipes et des employés, évaluer les programmes et animer des ateliers et des séances de formation spécifiques.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires pour soutenir les priorités et les objectifs commerciaux; recommander des stratégies et outils dans un contexte de transformation et de croissance soutenue.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe d’acquisition des talents et les gestionnaires quant aux besoins de recrutement.
- Agir à titre de conseiller auprès des gestionnaires pour toutes questions RH et fournir des directives liées aux RH sur une base quotidienne.
- Fournir des recommandations et développer de nouvelles politiques, processus et programmes RH afin de continuellement améliorer notre offre de service.
- Résoudre des problèmes complexes de relation avec les employés.
- Coacher et orienter les gestionnaires en ce qui concerne la gestion du rendement;
- Faciliter les discussions sur la gestion des talents et la planification de la relève.
- Apporter du soutien aux gestionnaires relativement aux questions telles que l’évaluation des nouveaux rôles, promotions, processus annuel de revue salariale, etc.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les gestionnaires et les employés pour améliorer les relations de travail et l’engagement des employés et, ultimement, la productivité et la retention des employés.
- Analyser les tendances et les mesures au sein de la fonction des ressources humaines.
- Au moins 7 années d’expérience en ressources humaines, y compris de l’expérience au sein d’un réel modèle de partenariat d’affaires RH; de solides acquis en développement organisationnel (amélioration de processus, transformations et design organisationnel, gestion de la performance, engagement des employés, facilitation, etc.)
- Membre de l’Ordre des CRHA du Québec, un solide atout.
- Compréhension approfondie de toutes les fonctions et meilleures pratiques en ressources humaines
- Orienté vers les résultats, sens de l’urgence et à l’aise dans un environnement évoluant rapidement.
- Habiletés interpersonnelles exceptionnelles, esprit d’équipe et grande capacité à collaborer.
- Orienté vers le client, sens des affaires.
- Bilinguisme anglais/français tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Esprit analytique et orientation vers les objectifs.
- Capacité à gérer une importante charge de travail et des priorités concurrentes.
- Baccalauréat en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe; maîtrise, un atout.
