What you'll do:


Note: This is a fully remote temporary position for (12) months with the possibility of becoming a permanent role.


  • Partner closely with business leaders and employees to develop strong relationships, provide superior service, effectively manage expectations, and deliver an elevated employee experience
  • Provide change management support to leaders and be a resource to leaders on change
  • Support leaders on strategies that support the development, engagement, and retention of employees
  • Partner with client groups to ensure a strong understanding of their business and recognize opportunities to support with HR solutions and information
  • Collaborate with HR Team and key stakeholders to help build and implement best practices relating to organizational effectiveness, HR policies and practices, and various HR functional areas
  • Facilitate employee/leader discussions and participate in the delivery of issue specific programming as required
  • Provide proactive HR advice, guidance, and support to a diverse set of business clients
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees to effectively address interpretation of HR policy, workplace issues, performance management, employee relations and organizational design
  • Leverage key performance indicators/relevant metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and prioritize work


What you'll bring:


  • Post secondary degree or diploma, preferably with focus on business/human resource or work-related experience
  • Strong people leadership skills, problem solving, conflict management and negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how to build partnerships with client groups
  • Experience in a variety of HR disciplines
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience


Additional preferred qualifications:


  • CPHR, CHRP, SHRM or other recognized HR designation is an asset
  • Experience in the SaaS industry
