- Partner closely with business leaders and employees to develop strong relationships, provide superior service, effectively manage expectations, and deliver an elevated employee experience
- Provide change management support to leaders and be a resource to leaders on change
- Support leaders on strategies that support the development, engagement, and retention of employees
- Partner with client groups to ensure a strong understanding of their business and recognize opportunities to support with HR solutions and information
- Collaborate with HR Team and key stakeholders to help build and implement best practices relating to organizational effectiveness, HR policies and practices, and various HR functional areas
- Facilitate employee/leader discussions and participate in the delivery of issue specific programming as required
- Provide proactive HR advice, guidance, and support to a diverse set of business clients
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees to effectively address interpretation of HR policy, workplace issues, performance management, employee relations and organizational design
- Leverage key performance indicators/relevant metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and prioritize work
- Post secondary degree or diploma, preferably with focus on business/human resource or work-related experience
- Strong people leadership skills, problem solving, conflict management and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how to build partnerships with client groups
- Experience in a variety of HR disciplines
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- CPHR, CHRP, SHRM or other recognized HR designation is an asset
- Experience in the SaaS industry
