Job Description
Position: Human Resources Director


Location: Saint-Laurent


Salary: Up to 150K (based on experience) + full benefits


Our client, a fast-growing company in the manufacturing industry, is looking to hire an HR Director to join their team! Do you have what it takes? Apply now!


Requirements



  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative
  • At least 5+ years of experience in an HR management role


Responsibilities


  • Be responsible for employee development and training
  • Manage the full recruitment process
  • Supervise a team of 2 people
  • Establish and implement new policies and procedures
  • Manage the payroll and benefits process
