As a Human Resources Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day entry of HR data and programs administration. You will provide various reports, analyses and administrative support related to HR programs while contributing to process improvements. You are responsible for ensuring the reliability of information in our HR systems and you act as a point of contact for the HR team.
We have a dedicated team that manages our activities behind the scenes, allowing our colleagues to focus on their different roles. If you are a born organizer, a skilled communicator and have a strong penchant for action, come and help us keep our business moving.
Your day-to-day:
- Prepare various HR administrative documents (hiring, promotion, etc.)
- Onboarding of new employees into the organization
- Regularly perform data integrity to ensure data preservation
- Create digital employee files in our HRIS
- Depending on demand, offer daily support to different HR departments
- Validate data by comparing with source documents
- Respond to various employee requests
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Update existing data
Your profile:
- Organized, able to manage priorities, detail-oriented
- Proficient in French and in English
- College diploma (DEC) in Industrial Relations or Human Resources
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Office Word suite, Excel, etc.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Technician or a similar role
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HRIS user; knowledge of Oracle HCM an asset
