Under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Administrator will be called upon to work on the partnership with the production team and unionized employees to answer their questions related to all aspects of human resources.


Morew specifically, the person will be responsable for:

  • Participate in the planning of the workforce of the production team,
  • Maintain documentation regarding the employee information, OHS programs, benefits administration, etc.,
  • Support and participate in the payroll administration of unionized employees.
  • Perform the integration and orientation of new management and unionized employees,
  • Participate in recruitment for unionized employees,
  • Assist in the recruitment process for executive employees,


Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of French, both oral and written.
  • University degree in commerce, business, human resources management or industrials relations,
  • Knowledge of ADP WFN,
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in human resources,
  • Interest in the manufacturing environment,
  • Professional level of English, both oral and written,

Sous la supervision de la directrice ressources humaines, le/la coordonnateur/trice ressources humaines sera appelé à travailler en partenariat avec l'équipe de production et des employés syndiqués afin de répondre à leurs questions liées à tous les aspects des ressources humaines.


Plus particulièrement, la personne sera appelée à:

  • Effectuer l'intégration et l'orientation des nouveaux employés cadres et syndiqués,
  • Supporter et participer à l'administration de la paie des employés syndiqués.
  • Participer au recrutement pour les employés syndiqués,
  • Assister au processus de recrutement pour les employés cadres,
  • Participer à la planification de la main d'oeuvre de l'équipe de production,
  • Tenir à jour la documentation concernant les renseignements, les programmes de SST, l'administration des avantages sociaux, etc.,


Exigences:

  • Diplôme d'études universitaires en administration, en gestion des ressources humaines ou en relations industrielles,
  • Niveau d'anglais professionnel, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Minimum d'un (1) an d'expérience de travail en ressources humaines,
  • Intérêt pour le milieu manufacturier,
  • Excellente connaissance du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Connaissance d'ADP WFN,
