Hays Human Resources division in Ontario are partnered with our client in Ottawa to hire a Human Resources Administrator.
Your new Company
The organization is recognized as a leading Residential Real Estate Developer across Ontario, and due to continued growth and progression planning, and excited to hire a Human Resources Administrator to join the growing People and Culture function.
Your new Role
As the Human Resources Administrator, reporting into the Human Resources Manager, you will provide a variety of administrative support services to the organization, supporting the full employee lifecycle. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for administrative tasks and activities, that relate to, onboarding, offboarding, training and, benefits administrator and other employee services. Your day to day will consist of, but not be limited to the following: partnering with and supporting the HR department with day to day HR administration to support the full employee lifecycle, supporting and assisting with employee documentation, coordinating the on boarding process, creating new employee files, collaborating and participating in employee experience efforts, drafting employee letters, and agreements, maintain employee documents and files in ADP and the HR SharePoint, maintain incoming and outgoing mail for the department, administer invoice payment and tracking invoices, and Ad Hoc project work as required.
What you’ll need to Succeed
To succeed as the Human Resources Administrator, you will bring ideally 1+ years of Human Resources experience, combined with post-secondary education relating to Human Resources, HRM Certification and/ or CHRP. You will be a fantastic communicator, orally and written, and will be organized. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be very solid with your administrative skills, you will be detail oriented and be able to support multiple competing deadlines. You will have solid MS office skills and be strong with technology. Finally, you will be a passionate HR professional, who is energized working in a fast-paced industry, and as part of a dynamic team.
