Ten (10) years leadership experience with a recent focus in the Human Resources field of no less than three (3) years

Generalist background with broad knowledge of employment, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations and training and development.

Oversee all Human Resources activity in the region

You have experience working with job evaluation plans, drafting job descriptions, and adjusting/configuring HR information systems;

You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels at the organization;

Previous experience working in a unionized environment is an asset.

You have or are working towards a professional designation (CHRL, CHRP);

You have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with tact and professionalism;

You have the ability follow with a high level of attention to detail, established processes, procedures, and direction;

• Five years' experience working with health information.

Experience as a Project Manager in support of HRIS, ATS, and/or PeopleSoft/Taleo projects is highly desired

Provide administrative support in information and document management

Demonstrate experience of managing one or more complex HR projects through a complete project life-cycle

Post Graduate Qualification in HR related specialism

Leads the Strategic workforce planning activities for the Alexion RDU

· Excellent organization and time management skills with experience leading projects and/or working on a project team.

· Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook and experience building reports/dashboards.

· Work closely with the HR team in gathering requirements/providing solutions and impact analysis.

· Engage stakeholders and understand business requirements to translate into HRIS processes.

· A bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or data sciences, or equivalent work experience.

· 5+ years of relevant experience in HR Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and/or related fields.

Strong people skills and relationship management

Fantastic organizational and time management skills.

Assist with HR projects including change management and communication efforts which can include supporting various COEs

Support identification of important events along HR calendar, outline strategic HR programs and projects, and manage and oversee progress

Collaborate with colleagues on key initiatives such as evolving our onboarding journey, talent and learning programs while enhancing the employee experience

4+ years of experience in Human Resources

· Experience with Azure DevOps for project management updates is an asset.

· Perform data entry to build templates in the ATS.

· Minimum of 3 years of related business experience.

· Technical system applications knowledge (HR field an asset).

· Superior organisational skills and strong attention to detail are mandatory.

· Participate in testing process scenarios by developing scripts and reporting on test cases.

What You Have to Offer:
