- Create project schedules that capture cross-functional involvement and determine the best course of action to ensure project goals are met.
- Collaborate with T&D Leaders on company-wide T&D initiatives, such as performance management, total rewards, talent acquisition, company-wide T&D launches, Team Member development, engagement surveys.
- Responsible for all phases of assigned HR projects from concept through execution.
- Accountable to deliver the program objectives, with focus on change management planning and transition into continuing operations.
- Ensure cross-functional team performance to schedule through a regular meeting cadence of progress review with appropriate follow-up actions to ensure on-time delivery of the project.
- As needed perform other duties/projects as assigned.
- Manage resource allocation, weekly availability, time-off, conflicting priorities.
- Develop and integrate individuals into high performing project teams using continuous improvement tools, team building, and full range leadership behaviors.
- Communicate effectively with Leadership, cross functional peers and the development team
- Proactively identify and manage gaps in the scheduled tasks, schedule misses or slippage by identifying early when tasks are off track and working with team members and leaders to develop strategies to correct.
- Support and engage senior leaders
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness
- Coordinate efforts with other SMEs on the project
- Apply PROSCI change management methodology and lead change management activities for company-wide initiatives
- Support communication efforts: support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
- Support training efforts: provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Integrate change management activities into project plan
- Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Support change management at the organizational level by conducting impact analysis, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders in collaboration with the assigned Project Manager and in line with the Change Management Champion program.
- Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Results and people oriented with sound judgement-ability to balance other business considerations
- High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
- Minimum 5 years project management experience
- Ability to establish credibility and be decisive and able to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities
- Minimum 3-5 years related experience in Human Resources
- PMP certification in project management or Agile project management is preferred (or in progress).
- Excellent influencing skills, analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
