Director of Human Resources
As the Director of Human Resources, you will provide strategic leadership, guidance, and Support in all aspects of human resources management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy and Planning:
o Develop and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
o Collaborate with senior leadership to identify HR challenges, opportunities, and trends to drive organizational success.
o Provide guidance and support in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
2. Talent Acquisition and Retention:
o Oversee the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
o Drive talent acquisition efforts, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.
o Develop and implement talent management initiatives, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
3. Employee Relations and Engagement:
o Foster positive employee relations by providing guidance, support, and conflict resolution to employees and managers.
o Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
o Champion a positive work culture that reflects the company's values and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
4. Compensation and Benefits:
o Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
o Conduct regular market research to ensure the organization remains competitive in terms of total rewards.
o Provide guidance on salary structures, performance-based incentives, and benefits offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role.
