Human Resources Project Specialist Jobs

You have experience working with job evaluation plans, drafting job descriptions, and adjusting/configuring HR information systems;

You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels at the organization;

Previous experience working in a unionized environment is an asset.

You have or are working towards a professional designation (CHRL, CHRP);

You have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with tact and professionalism;

You have the ability follow with a high level of attention to detail, established processes, procedures, and direction;

Minimum 5 years project management experience

PMP certification in project management or Agile project management is preferred (or in progress).

Accountable to deliver the program objectives, with focus on change management planning and transition into continuing operations.

Apply PROSCI change management methodology and lead change management activities for company-wide initiatives

Integrate change management activities into project plan

Support communication efforts: support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.

Experience leading projects and change management initiatives and acts as a catalyst for change

Project management experience with ability to pull resources together to meet required outcomes and deadlines

Utilize industry project management best practices, techniques, methodologies and standards throughout entire project execution

University Degree or College Diploma in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or related field of study

3-5 years of progressive work experience as a Project Manager, specifically supporting HR Operations and Projects preferred

Experience as a Project Manager in support of HRIS, ATS, and/or PeopleSoft/Taleo projects is highly desired

· Excellent organization and time management skills with experience leading projects and/or working on a project team.

· Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook and experience building reports/dashboards.

· Work closely with the HR team in gathering requirements/providing solutions and impact analysis.

· Engage stakeholders and understand business requirements to translate into HRIS processes.

· A bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or data sciences, or equivalent work experience.

· 5+ years of relevant experience in HR Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and/or related fields.
