Technical Assistant - Claims (14 Month Maternity Backfill)

What The Day Will Look Like

• Reviewing submitted claim reports for complete documentation
• Claim Follow up (License required)
• Data entry (e.g. excel spreadsheets)
• Inputting new claims in Claims Resolution Platform
• Information management/data reporting
• Disbursement of Insurer\adjuster acknowledgements
• Management of Shared Mailboxes
• Notifying insurers of new claims

Our new colleague will join a small but mighty team of Claims professionals who are exposed to the inner workings of the insurance realm. Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

• Self-motivation, inquisitiveness and a desire to learn
• Broker License, either complete or in progress, is an asset
• 1-2 years of commercial insurance or claims administration experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
