About the role:


The Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience will play a critical role in leading and overseeing various projects within the organization. Reporting directly to the Director of PMO and Procurement, the Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful project outcomes. This hybrid role offers a combination of in-office and remote work opportunities.


What you will do:

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency.
  • Budget Control: Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to approved financial constraints.
  • Project Planning: Lead the development of comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables and resource allocation.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and procurement-related files.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with customer requirements.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts, managing project scope changes, and assessing their impact on the project.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining team motivation.
  • Project Execution: Take charge of project execution, overseeing tasks, timelines, and coordinating the project teams to meet project goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and project teams, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.


What you have:

  • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, successfully leading projects from inception to completion
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and make informed decisions
  • Proficient in project management methodologies, tools and best practices
  • Strong leadership abilities to inspire and guide project teams towards successful project outcomes
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
