Position Summary


Reporting to the Director, Referred Marketing and Product, the Manager, Wealth Marketing will work closely with the Wealth sales team to drive marketing strategies and programs and execute deliverables that support the growth of HomeEquity Bank’s Wealth business and position us as a partner of choice for providing Canadian homeowners aged 55+ with financing.


MAJOR ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE


  • Support the management of the Wealth marketing budget, including the review of monthly costs and forecasts to ensure spending is on track
  • Work with Wealth Sales to prioritize the development of marketing material and sales collateral
  • Leverage financial planning software to develop case studies
  • Print, including the development of customer and partner-facing marketing collateral
  • Liaise with Wealth partners to understand their needs to develop effective marketing campaigns
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support HEBs Wealth business across multiple channels, which could include:
  • Face-to-face, including tradeshows and other events
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations for all Wealth marketing activities
  • Digital, including website and email campaigns


Qualifications


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • 7+ years’ experience in a marketing role within the financial services sector
  • Confidence in reporting key performance indicators and experience in reporting and analytics
  • Understanding of MFDA, IIROC, and MGA channels
  • Experience with financial modelling is an asset
  • A passionate, data-oriented marketing and communications expert
  • University degree in marketing or communication
  • Strong attention to detail, project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills; the ability to create engaging content that resonates with this target audience
  • Experience with Salesforce and Email Marketing Tools (Pardot preferred)
