Business Development / Recruiter (360)

We are looking for a savvy Business Development / Recruiter with a strong background in federal government recruitment processes, including RFP review, resume writing, formatting and matrix compliance.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles, specifically within the Project Management, Cyber, Cloud and Infrastructure consulting fields, and will be comfortable having technical and professional conversations with potential candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with consultants to develop a strong compelling cv aligned with the matrix requirements of an opportunity.
• Review incoming RFP’s and conduct feasibility analysis and collaborate on bid strategies and pricing.
• Proactive and effective approach to the use of social media as it pertains to attracting talent.
• Developing and implementing recruiting strategies for candidate pooling aligned with the needs of our clients and internal needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the consultant community and advocate for consultants first and foremost.
• Promote the Values of HubSpoke and maintain a high degree of professionalism and ethics
• Understand and effectively communicate the overall value proposition to our audience.
• Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Conducting technical interviews and screening calls to assess applicants experience, knowledge, skills and overall fit.

Qualifications

• Previous experience recruiting for Federal government IT positions (Min 5 years) with recent business development/account management experience (Min 2 Years)
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• All applicants must be team players
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS),
• Strong knowledge of federal government recruitment processes, including resume writing and grid/matrices.
• Proven experience as a recruiter within the federal government sector is mandatory.
• Applicants must have permanent residency or be Canadian citizens – Eligibility for security clearance within the Federal Government
• Genuine appreciation for working with people and adhering to a higher level of service
• Demonstrated knowledge of technical concepts in Cyber, cloud and infrastructure space
