Recruiter

Our client in the Facilities sector is actively looking for multiple Recruiters to join their team on a 3-month contract, with a high possibility of extension. The role is hybrid, and you will be required to go on-site occasionally.

Responsibilities

· Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions

· Conduct interviews via phone or virtual

· Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews

· Serve as contact person for questions from candidates

Qualifications

· 1-2 years’ experience working as a high volume recruiter

· Must have experience hiring for warehouse and manual labor roles

· Effective communication skills

· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

· Experience working with Microsoft Office suite

· High-energy and passion
