We are looking for aRecruitment Specialistto join our growing Operations Department at ERP Buddies Inc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of employee files and records.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Employ vital platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other such professional social networks for posting the ads.
• Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
• Assist in the administration of the onboarding process by new employee set up coordination and onboarding training.
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Exceptional oral, written and interactive communication skills as well as the ability to build network.
• Atleast 1 year of experience in Recruitment, specializing in IT.
• Experience in building the talent pool of IT professionals for the company.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelors in Human Resources Management/ Business program or equivalent.
• High level of energy for a fast-paced working environment.
