We are hiring a business development professional to help build our software engineering services business in the software market. To succeed in this role you must have a strong network with the software industry and a strong sales background within the services sector.
Business Development Responsibilities:
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Develop deep relationships and high levels of intimacy with targeted clients prospects. Leverage knowledge of the industry
Trends and client challenge to develop and deliver compelling value propositions.
Partner and work with diverse sales pursuit teams to deliver winning proposals to customers.
Develop sales strategies and unique value propositions and solutions for clients.
Develop and manage a sales pipeline

Business Development Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales role within the IT services sector selling into the software market.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle revenue goals and targets.
Proficient in Salesforce, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
