Business Development Manager - Hotel Industry

A Candidate could be handling Business Development or Business sales into Hotel Industry / Hotel Sales

:

1. Identify market potential and target Government segments as per the signed-off business development plan.
2. Create an opportunity pipeline by connecting with local government, ministries , embassies in Canada/Americas.
3. Play an integral role in key new business pitches and effective on-boarding of new Government Clients.
4. Create Business Development strategy including future plans, account planning, operating model, targets, capability building, bid management and PreSales activities
5. Review pursuit plan and business pipeline with leadership to ensure target achievement
6. Evaluate new and on-going client/ opportunity acquisition costs and delivery costs; work out options for increased margins/ reduced costs by collaborating across service offering
7. Create/ update the stakeholder network and build multi-level connects; Create awareness about BLS and build relationships with businesses/ ministries
8. Establish and maintain connects with key government officials and businesses in the target markets to sense early opportunities
9. Forecast market trends and drive the team to adopt new solutions / strategy / interventions for create impactful bid responses
10. Lead win-loss reviews and coordination of knowledge management activities for the team.

Skills Required:

-Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in English

-Decision Making, Risk Taking, Multi Tasking

-Self Motivator

-Minimum Education: Associate Degree or Master's Degree

-Computer savvy with advance level experience in Microsoft Office Suits.

-Various MIS & Management Reports

-High level of attention to 'detailing', under stringent timelines

-Flexible with work hours (day shift only)

-Must be willing to produce background verification check upon hire.
