2+ years of hotel leadership in a branded hotel. Previous IHG experience an asset

Provide the vision, leadership, and strategy that inspires your staff to deliver exceptional guest service that drives financial success

Night Auditor experience is considered an asset

Work 5 days per week in both Montreal and Quebec City, including weekends as needed

Lead operations in Montreal at a small hotel by hiring, coaching, and directing Housekeeping, Concierge, Engineering, and other departments

Work with the hotel ownership group to make major property improvements by engaging with contractors

Hotel experience at the Senior Management level with an emphasis on financial analysis.

Contract negotiations and implementation of all relevant services including any leases, food services, waste management, etc.

Daily yield and revenue management.

Daily management of all OTAs and social media sites.
