CodeMasters Agency gives endless solutions to businesses who want to build and expand their online presence. We are professional designers and web developers who build websites for our clients and provide digital services like social media managements, paid social advertising and content creation.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Identify the needs and challenges of prospective clients
- Deliver strong customer service supported by our team.
- Exceed sales targets and goals to drive overall business growth
- Proactively scheduling sales meetings through cold calling/emailing
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
- Source new business and revenue through outbound prospecting efforts
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to gain valuable feedback
- Generate interest through outbound cold calling
Qualifications
- Confident with strong presentation skills
- 3+ years' of sales or account management experience
- B2B sales experience (preferably in IT, Digital Agency or selling SAAS)
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work as part of a small, growing team
- Post-secondary education in business, sales and/or marketing,
