PURPOSE:
The Specialist, Aftersales Operations will provide support for all Aftersales marketing initiatives, and associated business planning and reporting. This role will develop new and/or enhance existing programs to help drive MMSCAN and dealer profitability. The position will also liaise with all associated vendors and MMSCAN Regional Operations to deliver expected support, performance, and participation.
This role reports to the Manager, Aftersales
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide timely and accurate Aftersales Business reporting and/or analysis for alldepartment projects, including participating in annual business planning and dealer target setting.
- Develop new, and/or refine existing processes that drive new business while growing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and deliver presentation materials in support of Aftersales related communications meetings.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in all Aftersales related service marketing, and promotional initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
- Provide Digital Service Tool related support to all dealers, vendors, and MMSCAN personnel as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in areas such as marketing, product development, product planning, engineering or program management with an automotive products distributor/supplier or wholesaler.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Past development experience with OEM and local worldwide parts and accessory sources.
- Degree in Engineering/Business/Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
