Regional Business Development Manager

YOUR NEW ROLE

The Regional Business Development Manager’s role is to: 1) analyze the assigned territory and implement appropriate development plans and strategies to increase the number of retail members at Cantrex Nationwide (60%); 2) support organic growth by encouraging current members to benefit from our full range of service offerings and incite conversion into our banners or networks; 3) Nurture the existing relationships with members and 4) anticipate and meet the needs of our members to help them grow their business.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

We are looking for a hunter passionate about outside sales with a proven track record of success. You need to have proven experience in generating leads and closing new accounts as well as knowledge of and interest in digital marketing. You also need a Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing, coupled with 3 years of related work experience in an outside sales role in one of our industries. You will be based in our Mississauga office and need to be able to travel extensively, with your own car and valid drivers license, in the assigned region ( approximately 3-4 days a week).
