La Banque de change du Canada est à la recherche d’un(e) associé(e) en développement des affaires enthousiaste et dynamique pour se joindre à son équipe des ventes!


Description du poste: En tant qu’associé(e) en développement des affaires, vous soutenez les vice-présidents ainsi que toute l’équipe des Ventes Votre principale responsabilité consiste à générer des pistes, c’est-à-dire à identifier et à qualifier de nouveaux clients potentiels pour les opérations de change pour l’équipe des ventes dans les secteurs financier et corporatif. Vous devrez atteindre des objectifs mensuels et trimestriels et votre rémunération sera établie en fonction des revenus cumulatifs de votre clientèle actuelle et nouvelle selon un programme de récompenses des plus concurrentiels. Si votre candidature est retenue pour ce poste, vous aurez l’occasion de mettre à profit votre expertise, votre expérience, votre confiance et votre crédibilité auprès des clients du secteur des opérations de change.


Principales fonctions:

  • Mettre à jour le système de gestion de la relation client de l’entreprise de façon régulière
  • Identifier et qualifier de nouveaux clients potentiels pour les membres de l’équipe des ventes d’EBC
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les vice-présidents des ventes et leur fournir du soutien
  • Atteindre les objectifs mensuels en identifiant des clients potentiels et en communiquant avec eux pour leur démontrer la valeur qu’EBC peut apporter à leurs secteurs respectifs
  • Garder un lien continu avec les clients éventuels qui ne sont pas prêts à passer à EBC en passant des appels périodiques et en envoyant des mises à jour du marché et des documents de marketing en temps opportun
  • Effectuer un grand nombre d’appels vers des destinataires externes
  • Trouver et générer des pistes pour de nouveaux clients potentiels dans les secteurs financier et corporatif


Formation et expérience:

  • De six mois à deux ans d’expérience en ventes internes et/ou externes
  • Solide expérience en appels de vente requise (plus de 60 appels par jour)
  • Motivation et détermination à réussir
  • Habiletés éprouvées à atteindre les objectifs dans les délais impartis
  • Solide éthique professionnelle
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement axé sur les rapports et les statistiques
  • Maîtrise des logiciels MS Office (Word et Excel)
  • Crédibilité et confiance pour assurer la liaison avec les effectifs opérationnels et les dirigeants des institutions financières et des sociétés
  • Connaissance des opérations de change un atout, toutefois, une formation sera donnée
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe
  • Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et de communication à l’oral comme à l’écrit
  • Diplôme d’études postsecondaires en gestion ou en administration des affaires, ou l’équivalent en formation, en éducation ou en expérience dans un domaine ou une fonction connexe
  • Bilinguisme parfait (français et anglais)
  • Capacité de planification et d’exécution
  • Ténacité, résilience et attitude positive

Exchange Bank of Canada is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Associate to join their Sales Team!


Role Description: The Business Developer role is one that supports the VP’s of Sales and the greater sales organization. The Business Developer’s main responsibility is lead generation, which is to identify and qualify new FX leads for the sales team in the financial and corporate industries. The candidate will be required to hit monthly and quarterly new business targets and will be compensated on both new business and cumulative revenue from their self-generated and maintained client base. Rewards are competitive. The successful candidate will offer their knowledge, experience, confidence and build credibility with clients in the FX sales industry.


Essential Functions:

  • Drive to achieve monthly targets by Identifying, accessing, and selling prospects on the value EBC can bring to their respective business
  • Identify and qualify new business prospects for EBC’s sales team members.
  • Continually market those prospects who are not ready to move to EBC by making periodic calls, sending timely market updates and marketing materials
  • Perform a high volume of outbound calls
  • Make regular updates to the company CRM system
  • Work closely with and provide support to Vice Presidents of Sales
  • Source and generate leads for potential new business in the financial and corporate sectors


Education and Experience:

  • Fully bilingual in French and English
  • Ability to work in a metrics reporting environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Management or Business, or equivalent in training, education or experience in a related field or function.
  • Self-Motivated and driven to succeed
  • High volume sales calls (60+ a day) experience required
  • Tenacity, resilience and a positive outlook
  • Knowledge of foreign exchange is preferred, however training will be given
  • Credibility, and confidence to liaise with operations and executives of financial institutions and corporations
  • 6 months to 2 years of inside and/or outside sales required
