About the role:


We are seeking an experienced and engaging Commercial Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at ANDY Corp. As a key player in our business development efforts, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities. While transport experience is not mandatory, we do require at least 10 years of sales experience to excel in this role.


What you'll do here:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify potential clients and strategic business opportunities to drive company growth and revenue
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform business development strategies
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients
  • Work closely with the Director and other team members to align business development efforts with overall company goals
  • Actively network and represent the company in industry events and conferences to expand our business reach
  • Utilize your charismatic personality to build rapport and negotiate contracts with clients effectively


What you bring to the table:


  • Minimum of 10 years of successful sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a magnetic personality

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong track record in identifying and securing new business opportunities
