The Role


We are looking for a Business Developer, who will be mainly responsible for increasing our business by exploring and selling the company's products within existing or potential customer base in the industry of Electronic Components.


Your Responsibilities Will Include


  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
  • Participating in sales team meetings.
  • Focus on Electronics OEM/ODM/EMS.
  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.


Ideal Profile


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English/Mandarin/Local Language in order to be able to liaise with stakeholders in the region effectively.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies in Semiconductors.
  • 2 years of sales experience in Electronic Components.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
