We’re looking for a highly motivated Business Development Sales Associate to bring our consumer growth to life! Our objective is to change the way cars are bought and sold by empowering people with data to make better decisions.
With our team, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure with end-to-end sales, starting from initial contact to after care, alongside the B2B sales team. In addition to your hourly salary, you will have access to an additional $4,000 bonus at the end of your internship based on your performance. You’ll have a lot of support from the sales manager and our CEO with over 30 years of experience in the industry.

Responsibilities
- Assist with loading cars onto our auction platform
- Work under our Consumer Sales Lead and sales team on technical projects
- Connecting and building relationships with our customers
- Support our sales team where needed
- Have experience with CRM including platforms such as HubSpot
- Complete other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- A self-driven individual who is willing to learn and adapt to new and familiar platforms
- Plus: If you have a car and are able to drive around. You will be compensated for gas.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Be based in the Greater Vancouver Area
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business or a related field
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Plus: if you live in Metro Vancouver, BC or Edmonton or Calgary, AB
Candidates must be a Canadian citizen or hold PR, be currently enrolled in a recognized University or registered to return to school in May or September 2023 and be an undergraduate, Masters of PhD student.
Compensation and details:
- Expected start date: September 1, 2023
- Salary: $17 - $20 per hour
- Additional $4,000 bonus at the end of your internship based on your performance
