Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Business DevelopmentDirector, the Business Development Director’s role consists of establishing and developing strong business relationships with prospective clients and partners to generate new consistent business They will contribute to the growing of our business with ambitious objectives.


As a Business Development Director at Spiria, you will be required to:


  • Seamlessly manage the sales process and the interventions of the various players involved in the client's decision making process;
  • Represent Spiria and interact with stakeholders at the executive and tactical levels;
  • Collaborate with team members when writing service offerings.
  • Assume the responsibilities of a Business and Technology Advisor and engage the team as needed;
  • Strategically develop new accounts and business opportunities through prospecting and networking;
  • Understand the strategic and business drivers behind the development of client projects;

  • Possess an extensive network of inspiring business relationships primarily in the Greater Montreal area;
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot is considered an asset;
  • Exceeds expectations in developing and acquiring new accounts in various markets;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Professional experience in developing sales of customized B2B software solutions and professional IT services;
  • Possess a talent for closing deals and customer satisfaction;
