The Venturers Society is looking for the right person with a minimum 3 years general office experience to perform the following responsibilities. Experience with people with disabilities an asset but not a requirement:
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Payroll
Book Keeping
Office Administration
Monitoring Certification and Licensing Requirements for Executive Director and Group Leaders
Maintaining Participants Information
Updating Manuals for Transportation and Safety
Assisting with Public Relations and Communications (including Facebook, Instagram, other social media)
Currently using Microsoft Office, Sage Payroll, SiteDocs Safety Program
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: From $28.50 per hour
Schedule:
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
Language:
- English (required)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (required)
Work Location: In person
