Job Description
Airswift is seeking a Program Coordinator to work with one of their major clients in the oil and gas industry in Calgary, AB, on a 1-year contract.


Responsibilities: Work closely with the Agile teams to implement and maintain the Scrum framework. Act as a point of contact for EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) team members to provide guidance and support in the Agile processes. Support the facilitation of Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective Assist Scrum Master and Product Owners in managing the Product Backlog and prioritizing user stories. Monitor the progress of the team and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and remove impediments to the team’s progress. Collaborate with the Scrum Master and the Agile teams to continuously improve the Agile processes. Develop and maintain reporting artifacts and educate team members on Agile principles and practices Track and maintain features, user stories and tasks within the Scrum tool SharePoint team site administration and records management Coordinate meetings with project stakeholders Maintain and organize records in accordance with company policies Create and update records, including employee files, financial documents, and customer records. Ensure that records are accurate, complete, and easily accessible Develop and implement record-keeping procedures and best practices. Respond to requests for records and information in a timely and professional manner. Train employees on record-keeping policies and procedures. Stay up to date on company standards and requirements related to record-keeping. Monitor and track record-keeping compliance and identify areas for improvement. Time Management – manage and organize calendars, email and workday to ensure maximum time efficiency is achieved. Anticipating and initiating appropriate actions as required Submitting requests for the team via the IT system. E.g. onboarding & off-boarding as required Qualifications:


Experience and certifications in agile scrum methodologies (minimum 5 years) Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Internet navigation, MS Teams, email and general computer use High learning agility on new software and processes Flexibility and ability to work at a fast pace, managing competing priorities, often while working independently. Solid interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization Ability to perform work with constant interruptions and handle confidential material and treat it accordingly.
