Job Description

Are you passionate about revolutionizing the housing industry and providing exceptional customer experiences? Ryna, a cutting-edge housing platform, is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales and Customer Success Coordinator to join our innovative team. As a Sales and Customer Success Coordinator at Ryna, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction on our platform.


Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate lead campaigns and outreach efforts to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Identify and target potential clients, including renters, property owners, and property management companies, to promote the advantages of using Ryna's platform.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive user acquisition and expand Ryna's customer base.

Customer Onboarding:

  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of Ryna, addressing any queries or concerns they may have during the onboarding phase.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless experience from sign-up to successful usage of the platform.

Relationship Management:

  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction, anticipate potential issues, and offer tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and acting as their primary point of contact with Ryna.

Customer Success:

  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to communicate customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the platform's functionality.
  • Monitor customer activity and platform usage, proactively identifying opportunities for increased engagement and retention.

Sales Performance Analysis:

  • Utilize sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management to evaluate progress and make data-driven decisions.
  1. Upselling and Cross-selling:
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional features or premium services to existing customers, aiming to increase revenue and customer loyalty.


Qualifications:

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record in sales or customer success management, preferably within a tech startup or real estate industry.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and draw actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (not required)
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of AI-powered platforms and the ability to quickly grasp new technologies.
