The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for implementing and increasing the adoption of Spartakus APM.


This position is part of the Spartakus Technologies team, which develops and deploys asset health management software for industry. The Customer Success Specialist plays a key role in the life cycle of the solution, from its implementation with customers to the renewal of contracts.


What You Bring To The Table

  • Travel occasionally on site to support the implementation and training of field users (operators, mechanics, maintenance technicians, reliability engineers, planners)
  • Collaborate with Technical Sales Specialist on outreach strategy to increase customer engagement, drive adoption of our solutions and maintain high levels of customer retention
  • Demonstrate judgment and initiative to satisfy and serve all stakeholders
  • Work with internal team to gather insights on customer behavior and product feedback to drive customer success and Spartakus Technologies growth
  • Document savings made by our customers thanks to our solution
  • Act as subject matter expert for Spartakus APM, including development of documentation related to customer training and user guides
  • Help customers find creative uses of our solution to meet their reliability needs

Essential Skills And Qualifications To Be Successful

  • Experience working with MS Office applications
  • Excellent ability to multi-task; must have a high level attention to detail and accuracy
  • Consistently demonstrates the ability to express both oral and written thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely
  • Technician or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Consistently demonstrates a strong drive for efficiency, resolving problems and getting the work done in a timely, quality-focused manner
  • Entrepreneurial approach that builds and nurtures strong and lasting relationships both internally and externally
  • Approximately 2-3 years of experience in implementation, customer success and/or account servicing or Reliability engineering
  • Creative problem-solver that can envision and articulate solutions to complex customer problems and issues
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM (customer relation management) tools desirable
  • Must be well organized
  • Experience in developing and delivering, via phone and email, web-based training for customers preferred
  • Knowledge of Condition monitoring or Reliability engineering is desirable
  • Must work well across multiple teams: sales, product, technology, marketing and customer support
  • Working knowledge of the Internet and web-based applications

WORK LOCATION:Kirkland, Quebec – must be willing to travel
