We are looking for
We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and efficient Project Manager to oversee our Telehealth projects. The Project Manager will play a vital role in our Project Operations team, working closely with our Development, Recruitment, and Operations teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards.
Responsibilities
The Telehealth Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Monitoring project progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and customers to ensure project delivery, and manage multiple project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Managing Telehealth projects, working with multiple teams and platforms to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (healthcare preferred).
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with Telehealth platforms, technologies, and industry standards in the US.
- 3+ years of experience in Telehealth project management/customer success.
- Strong leadership and excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks, delivering high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience with HubSpot and Notion.
