The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Partner Success Manager to help make Deeded a household name when it comes to the real estate and mortgage closing experience.
The Partner Success Manager will report to the Head of Partner Success, and will be responsible for growing relationships with our current partners and ensuring that they’re getting the most value from Deeded’s solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Quarterback the resolution of any issues or feedback from the partners and manage with our internal team.
- Understand partners' needs and business objectives to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within their business or larger organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to proactively identify business opportunities and potential risks.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, offering insights and guidance on industry best practices and innovative solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose strategic recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure partner satisfaction, and retention.
- Continuously seek feedback from partners to ensure their needs are met and to uncover opportunities for service enhancement.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations or technology to deliver value-added solutions and meet clients' evolving needs.
- Track and report on key account metrics, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention rates.
- Develop account growth strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Extremely resilient and persistent with a track record of demonstrating grit personally and professionally.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to quickly adjust plans and strategies as circumstances change. Comfortable with ambiguity and situations where a path-forward isn’t always clear.
- Persuasive communicator that excels in different settings (1:1, group presentations, online presentations). Can captivate audiences and hold the room.
- Has a strong sense of urgency. Responds quickly and are quick to resolve issues and offer solutions.
- Excels in establishing credibility and rapport, and consistently adding value.
- Extremely friendly, listens with intent and is action-oriented.
- Naturally resourceful. Has a reputation of solving problems quickly, and to everyone’s satisfaction.
- Minimum 2 years in account management, customer service or inside sales role.
- Has an insatiable hunger to learn and grow. Has a natural curiosity to explore new ideas and possibilities.
- Highly collaborative and works for the good of the company. Can influence individuals and teams internally.

- Preference will be given to candidates who understand the mortgage and real estate closing process such as underwriting, fulfillment, etc.
