Notre Pub est à la recherche d'un gérant de bar/plancher pour nos soirées.

Le poste est à temps plein avec des quarts de travail de soir (entre 5 pm et 3 am)

Le candidat doit être attentif aux détails, avoir de l’entregent et de l’initiative ainsi qu'être capable de tenir le bar tout.

Nous privilégions une attitude positive et dynamique.

Exigences

Un minimum de deux ans d'expérience en restauration et d'un an en gestion de personnel.

Avoir une connaissance globale de gestion et de fonctionnement d’un bar/restaurant.

Leadership et capacité de prendre des décisions.

Sens de l'initiative.

Disponibilités: 3-4 soir/semaine

Type d'emploi: Temps plein, Permanent

Salaire: selon expérience et performance et réviser après les 3 première semaines d’embauche

Horaire:5pm a 3am

Rémunération supplémentaire: Pourboires, possibilité d’autres ajouts (repas, budget etc…)

Formation: École Secondaire (souhaité), formation en restaurant (souhaité)

Langue(s): Français et Anglais

Expérience:gestion: 1 an à la clientèle: 1 an gestion d’une équipe (Obligatoire)

Our Pub is looking for a bar/floor manager for our busiest evenings in Vaudreuil.

The position is full-time with evening shifts (between 5 pm and 3 am)

The candidate must be attentive to detail, have interpersonal skills and initiative as well as be able to tend bar.

We favor a positive and dynamic attitude.

Requirements

A minimum of two years of experience in the service industry and one year in personnel management.

Have a comprehensive knowledge of the management and operation of a Bar.

Leadership and ability to make decisions

Sense of initiative

Availability: 3-4 nights / week

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: according to experience and performance (will be reviewed after the first 3 weeks of employment)

Schedule: 5pm to 4am

Additional compensation: Tips, (with time: tab, meal and/or other possible perks)

Education: Secondary school (desired), training in a restaurant (desired)

Language(s): French and English

Experience: management: 1 year customer: 1 year managing a team (Required)
