Our reputable Global client who’s leadership rarely leaves, is engaging in a search for an experienced and organized Operational Success Manager to lead alongside their senior leadership team, helping to ensure smooth sales operations and exceptional customer experience. Team building and operational performance indicators are at the heart of this position!

How you will make an impact in this role:

• Working with External Sales team and Supply Chain, you will coordinate and lead customer engagement activities from pro-active selling to follow-up and expediting open orders.
• Participate in employee development programs including product and application training, business and personal development opportunities
• Assist in investigating problems relating to Part Sales, Pricing, Deliveries Returns inspections, Credits and Technical issues
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor and communication with customers and internal staff at all times
• Work closely with the sales group to ensure proper synergies are leading to more revenue
• As lead you will also be responsible to guide a team of Customer Care Representatives to work with agility to achieve maximum results and customer satisfaction

What your day to day looks like:

• Process and procedures creation and implementation
• Completing performance reviews, recommending position promotions, salary increases, and manage discipline including recommendations for terminations and the termination process.
• Manage, respond to and report on technical errors and department oversights, failures and opportunities for improvement
• Handle the sourcing and selection of programs which will help your business to grow market share at an accelerated rate
