Dental Axess is an independent integrator of CAD/CAM and dental imaging solutions for dental clinics and laboratories based in Europe, Australia, New Zealand & North America. We enable dental professionals to move from traditional working methods to partially or fully digital workflows by providing professional consultancy, cutting-edge products, specialist training and around-the-clock customer support.


One of our core products is the Xflow Workflow Management Platform, a comprehensive digital solution for dental clinics and labs, allowing dental professionals to take control of the entire manufacturing process in-house. We're excited to add a talented individual to our Xflow team to help drive its growth and success in the industry and are therefore looking for a:


Global SaaS Sales & Customer Success Manager 100%


The role


As a SaaS Sales & Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for selling our software solutions to potential clients, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with our software development teams to provide customer feedback and ensure that our products continue to meet the needs of our customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers and ensuring that they are set up for long-term success. Ultimately, you will play a key role in driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction for Dental Axess.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape and product developments to maintain a deep understanding of the market and customer needs.
  • Onboarding new customers and ensure they receive a seamless and positive experience from the initial purchase to the implementation of the product.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyzing customer data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and making data-driven decisions to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and expand the company’s product offerings to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer success, to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and pain points, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Generating new business by conducting product demos, negotiating contracts, and following up with prospects.


To be successful you will have:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or computer science.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and work collaboratively with other departments.
  • Good understanding of the industry and be able to articulate how the product can provide value to potential customers.
  • Familiarity with the dental industry is a desirable attribute for this role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
  • Proficient technical skills, with a good understanding of SaaS products and the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven success in sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in both B2C and B2B contexts.
  • Proven track record of successfully working with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones in a global role.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support, with a track record of successfully managing customer relationships and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
